Team based co-learning

Organisations spend a lot of money every year sending individuals on leadership training programs without much evidence that such programs improve results over the longer term. Typically individuals return to work and their enthusiasm and new ideas are engulfed by existing culture ('the way we do things around here').

That is why we are so enthusiastic about supporting teams to develop their own communities of reflective learning and practice using principles of self organisation and coaching. The results are immediately practical, relevant, focussed and measurable.
